CNMI Community Members can self-report COVID-19 positive test results and obtain isolation/clearance orders by registering here. Self-reporting is based on the individual and does not require any additional verification from the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation. Employers may use this as documentation of their employees positive test result. Additionally, if employers or employees require any additional documentation, they must seek documentation from their healthcare provider. Residents of the CNMI who test positive for COVID-19 on a self-administered test may be eligible for treatment by reporting their positive test result online at www.staysafecnmi.com/self-reporting within 5 days of the test result date. The Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation will only provide the automated documentation given from this registration from.
